Do I still need to wash my car after getting ceramic coating?
Yes. A coating makes washing faster and less frequent. It does not make it optional. Bird droppings and winter salt film will still etch a coated surface if they sit on it for weeks. Gentle pH-neutral hand wash, no brush tunnels. A coating lasts longer on a car that gets washed.
