Questions

Answers before you book

Is paint protection film worth it in North Dakota?

For most Fargo-area drivers, yes. North Dakota roads throw gravel, sand and road salt at your paint for months at a time, and the interstate is where rock chips happen fastest. PPF is a clear urethane layer that absorbs that damage so your factory paint doesn’t chip, etch or corrode. It also self-heals light swirl marks with heat and protects resale value. A partial front (hood, fenders, mirrors, bumper) covers the highest-impact zones for the smallest investment.

How long does paint protection film last?

Quality paint protection film typically carries a manufacturer warranty of around 10 years. In practice, a professionally installed, well-maintained film keeps performing for the life of that warranty — resisting yellowing, staining and lifting. The top coat self-heals light marks with heat from the sun or warm water. We give you a wash-and-care sheet so the film performs for its full lifespan.

Should I get partial or full-front PPF?

Partial front covers the leading edges — part of the hood and fenders, the mirrors and the front bumper — and stops the majority of rock chips for the lowest cost. Full front adds the entire hood, full fenders and the headlights, which matters if you drive a lot of highway miles or want zero visible line across the hood. If you keep your vehicles long-term or drive I-29/I-94 daily, full front (or full body) is the better long-run value.

Should I do PPF or ceramic coating first?

Paint protection film goes on first, then ceramic coating over the top. PPF handles the physical impacts — rock chips and scratches — while the coating adds gloss, chemical resistance and easy-clean hydrophobics on top of both the film and the rest of the paint. Doing both is the most complete protection package, and we can bundle them in one visit.

Is ceramic coating better than wax?

By a wide margin on durability. Wax lasts weeks and washes off; a professional ceramic coating chemically bonds to your clear coat and lasts years. It resists UV fade, water spots and chemical staining far better than wax, and it makes every future wash faster because dirt and water sheet off the hydrophobic surface. Wax is a quick shine; a coating is long-term protection.
